CSA may recommend to using the additional services of other professionals, such as a Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Ecologist, Arboriculturalist, Service Engineer, etc. Rest assured, CSA will assemble the best team to carry out the work you have commissioned.

Tendering is often used to obtain competitive quotations from contractors. Detailed construction drawings and specifications are prepared for the project. This ensures that the prices obtained are all directly comparable, and that they include (as far as possible) for everything required for the completion of the project.

While we can work with drawings prepared by others CSA like to undertake their own surveys. Not only does it give us confidence in the accuracy of information, but the process of undertaking the survey leads to a better understanding of the building/site.
