South Lodge, Dorchester

The owners of this Grade II* Listed Georgian townhouse originally instructed us to make extensive repairs to the roofscape and parapets. This included the restoration of missing areas of the coved soffits to the eaves, remodelling of failing lead parapet gutters and the introduction of a new central lead roof and roof lantern. More recently we replaced the poor quality 1950’s conservatory while at the same time obtaining Listed Building Consent to add doors to the front to better link the space with the garden.
