A long-term relationship
The Practice has worked on Pennsylvania Castle for many years and this included the creation of a new swimming pool wing for the last private owners.
Most recently, our Client, Colonial Leisure, instructed us to refurbish and alter the property to accommodate weddings, corporate hospitality, and business conventions. We liaised with the Conservation Officer and Building Control to reconcile the potential conflict between conservation and safety in many aspects of the scheme.
