A rural residential scheme
We worked with the client and East Devon District Council to re-develop Burt’s Farm into a residential area. We created houses in the surrounding local vernacular, using traditional materials such as stone, brick, flint, clay tiles, thatch and timber. Each dwelling was individually designed and highly finished, with modern fixture and fittings. The development makes the most of the site and provides spacious, good quality, modern homes.
