Avenue House Dental Surgery

Before buying the former Conservative Club building, the client instructed the Practice to conduct a feasibility study for conversion into a new specialist dental surgery.

Following their successful purchase of the property, we helped the Client obtain Planning Permission, Conservation Area Consent and Building Regulations Approval. We also administered the building contract.

We provided detailed technical plans for the surgery to make sure that the building provided a safe, relaxed, and attractive environment for patients.
