Job Vacancy – Office & Finance Administrator

We have an up-coming vacancy in our Admin team and are seeking an experienced office administrator who is highly efficient, proactive and organised, who can multi-task, pays attention to detail, is a strong communicator, and has confidence to work alone and act on their own initiative. The role has a broad area of responsibilities and duties, and reports to the three directors. Full time, part-time, or job share considered.

Requirements

  • IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good standard and speed of typing and experience of preparing reports, letters, etc. and audio typing.
  • Clear and confident communicator, proficient in the use and interpretation of English language, both written and verbal, with a good eye for editing and formatting documents.
  • Good level of numeracy with experience of creating client accounts, processing supplier invoices,  reconciliations, petty cash handling, debtors, etc.
  • Organised and proactive, with confidence to work alone and to act on own initiative.
  • Polite and friendly with an appreciation for traditional customer service.
