Scout hut conversion to contemporary family home

The conversion of an old water pumping house and previous scout hut in Dorchester into a three bedroom single family dwelling is nearing completion. The original trusses in the pump house have been exposed to create a double height living space with a mezzanine. The existing timber framed extension has been taken down, rebuilt and clad in powder coated aluminium standing seam cladding.
