After designing and building their new home in a beautiful coastal location, the Clients began to experience problems with the flat roofs. On investigation, we discovered major flaws in the design and execution of the roofs. We provided technical expert services to the Client and their legal team to seek redress from those responsible for the original build. We also designed, tendered, and administered a scheme of repairs – replacing 90% of the roof timbers and installing a new fully warm roof deck.
